I have arthritis in my feet and plantar fasciitis in one of my heels. I have used this machine twice a day for the last week, and while I still have the pain in my heel, I have found the machine to be helpful in controlling the pain in my feet. I used it on the lowest strength the first time, but since then have used it at the medium strength, which is the default, and it feels great. I would buy it again in a heart beat. It is simple to use. I keep it under my desk and use it at night when I'm on the internet.

It's actually pretty intense. Squeezes with air compression and rolls with two rollers/bottom of foot pretty well. Unlike most things where you put it on the highest setting "by default", here you actually have to turn it down.Feels great, expensive, but pretty awesome for a portable massager.

I’m having problems with my left foot and massage was suggested. I got the Miko since I’m lazy. The first time I used it, I could only handled about 7 minutes of the massage. The more I used it, the longer my massages lasted. Now I am sad when the 15 minutes are up. My feet definitely feel better with the massage. I would recommend this product...just give it some time and play with the massage options and pressure settings. You will like it.

Received it quickly with no problems. The massager itself is great on balls of feet, no super effective on heals. For the price this is a very good product.

Doesn't quite get the bottom heal where the most pain is but after a while it all feels better.

I have Plantar Fasciitis and this machine has helped a lot. You can adjust your feet to different positions within the machine to hit where it hurts.Doesn't quite get the bottom heal where the most pain is but after a while it all feels better.

One of the best things I’ve bought in a while! Well worth the money. After working 8, 12 and some days 16hr shifts my feet can be so sore. It’s nice that I have using this product to look forward to! Truly kneads away pressure and soreness and feels wonderful. Couldn’t be happier!
