This has helped my Mother immensely, and she uses the device three times daily. Helps her reduce swelling in the ankles and has helped a great deal with leg cramps at night.

The multi use settings are very usefull, the massage mechanism works better than I expected, kneading massage is my fav and heat settings usefull. I have had other foot massage units but this is the best so far.Used it every day for 6 months @ half hourStill works
