It feels nice but neither remote control works…

The remote controls don’t work. Chafed batteries and nothing. Debating whether or not to keep it. Why pay the extra money for something that isn’t going to work... stinks pretty bad too. But not like these headphones I just bought!I want the entire product to work. If it’s both remote controls that will not work, the problem is in the control panel of the machine… Could lead to more problems in the future? Are there things that don’t work that I don’t know about?

Love it! Worth the $$$

We love this thing. Unboxing it was fun and felt very personalized. It came with cool card inserts and a tote bag. Customer service asked us if we wanted a free extra set of cloth inserts for the machine without us even asking and honestly when we use the machine its so relaxing. 100% will use this daily.

Product worked for about two years and then stopped. Did the job but never used more than Level 1 and 2. Unsure if I would buy again.

I decided to spend some money on a foot massager, since I bought a cheaper one, and it was not good. I have pain in my feet (I suspect planter fasciitis.), and this has helped me. I like that it has pressure on the top as well. My foot is about a women's size 7. For the most part, you can move your foot around to get to the spots you want. It is quiet. My only complaint is that you have to reset it after 15 minutes.

Great product. Really kneades those sore spot and pain right out of your feet. Their customer service is great too. Nothing wrong, but they reached out to me to make sure I was enjoying the product and even sent me some additional parts incase there is ever any wear and tear in the future.
