This has helped my Mother immensely, and she uses the device three times daily. Helps her reduce swelling in the ankles and has helped a great deal with leg cramps at night.

The multi use settings are very usefull, the massage mechanism works better than I expected, kneading massage is my fav and heat settings usefull. I have had other foot massage units but this is the best so far.Used it every day for 6 months @ half hourStill works

OH MY GOODNESS! The Miko Shiatsu Foot Massager is Amaaaaaazing! As soon as I got the package, I opened it, and treated myself to 5 massage sessions back to back!, and then followed up in the evening with a couple more. That being said, you may not want to treat yourself too much or it will become tender because it truly gets to all ones pain and pressure points. I do wish it was a little warmer on feet, and that the remote had settings for that. Other than that, THIS IS THE FOOT MASSAGER TO BUY!
