Too new to fully judge

We just received our towel warmer the other day and have been utilizing it consistently- trying to experiment but doesn't get too too hot meaning the towels become room temp in a matter of a minute or so— Warnings on the product make it seem unusable for the delay feature (i.e do not leave plugged in)
I would recommend this to a friend!
