Feels amazing, but....

I really like it, however, the surface of the material with the constant rubbing left something like rug burn marks in the area of my trapezius. So I've been unable to use it now for almost a week. Any suggestions?

This machine is making my arthritic neck feel amazing! I will say that I can’t get the app to work. But the app isn’t necessary to use the Wave.

I love I am able to hold the product in place with the straps. I have a older brand that I had to position behind the neck and it was difficult to use.

Really works well! I wanted to ensure I have this product ample time before reviewing. It's a bit tricky to get on by yourself but this works wonders. I sit at a desk all day and it World out any kinks that develop.
