Feels amazing, but....

I really like it, however, the surface of the material with the constant rubbing left something like rug burn marks in the area of my trapezius. So I've been unable to use it now for almost a week. Any suggestions?

Amazing Wave Massager

I just received my wave order and tested it out and it feels so much better than I anticipated. The massages on the neck as well as the imitation thumbs that need and massage my shoulder/neck area feel amazing. Those are my problem areas that tense and knot up on a daily basis. I am sure that I will be using this daily to work through the stress and tension in my shoulder and neck areas. Now I am contemplating whether I need to purchase another one to leave at my office. The fact that it is cordless and has heat is an added bonus.
