Very Relaxing

Very relaxing but there is no heat. I've used it for 15 minutes with the heat setting on high and feel no difference. It feels like an actual message and will put you to sleep though. Very good build quality.

Would be nice if you could control the rollers separately. Neck and shoulders separately. Bit hard to get use to when the muscles are so tight. They really get in there and knead away.
