Really nice but makes loud clicks

I like this humidifier for its interface, ease of use and cleaning, remote, and ample steam. Unfortunately it makes loud clicking noises periodically - once every 10-15 min or so - maybe from adjusting water level? This made it a no go in the bedroom so I use it in my office.

Very strong humidifier

I got a defective unit but after contact the seller he expedited me another replacement unit. Otherwise, it is a very strong humidifier for a big room. It has multiple light settings, multiple timer so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to turn it off in the morning. Five star for customer service and a great humidifier!

I am very pleased with this unit. It’s attractive and has many good features. It’s quiet, very easy to fill and lasts a long time. The moisture output is easily controlled both manually and by the remote. I purchased it because the air in my house is very dry and this has provided the needed moisture for my allergies as well as my plants. I would absolutely recommend this unit.

When filled too much ( and I mean up to the fill line) the unit would not work!!!But they also replaced it! Very nice of David!

Helpful for my dry throat

Let’s face it, dry air is harder on folks with touchy nasal passages etc. This has helped with my dry throat problem at night. The essential oil pad is a nice little extra. I love the auto mode. The remote works very well. Doesn’t make a lot of racket while in use. Holds a good amount of water. Not only is it good for people but I believe it helps the dogs out too. We have a pup that gets dry skin during the winter months. Easy to fill water tank. The mist directions can be adjusted. Fairly durable unit.
