Great product and outstanding customer service

I was looking for a warm mist humidifier and came across this Miko product. I did have an initial shipping issue but contacted customer service and their assistance is absolutely outstanding. Things happen occasionally with any company, but it is how the company deals with it that matters. This company has the best customer service - truly the best. Now to the product. I love how easy it is to fill and it is completely quiet - you never hear it hissing. It is simple to use but please read the directions first for the care of it. Don't assume or you could have a problem. The tank runs for hours without refilling. The warm mist isn't overly warm, but it seems to take the chill off. My only negative is that I wish the cord were a little longer. It's 5 feet, which sounds long, but not really depending where you are placing the unit near an outlet. Overall, I am very happy with it.

It's quiet, easy to fill, plenty of options like 3 levels of mist, warm or cool, timer, nightlight, aroma therapy pad for scent and you see the humidity level at all times. If this lasts more than a few months! Definitely 5 stars!

I've only had this for a couple weeks but so far I am loving it and find it works great! The size is perfect - not too big or bulky, works perfect for me. The ease of setting up and use is extremely easy. Thinking of purchasing another one for another room.

We just bought this humidifier and I absolutely love it! So quite and so many different settings! The night setting is perfect and I’m so happy you can turn all lights off!

MYST Humidifier

I bought the MYST humidifier about a month ago to help me sleep better at night during the winter because my apartment gets really dry from the radiator heat that is in my apartment. I noticed that in a couple days I was sleeping better and breathing better and i wasn't waking up with a dry throat. I am still learning all the features but I am finding it easy to use.

This humidifier is perfect for my bedroom and it works great. It is easy to fill with the opening being at the top of the unit. This makes it much easier to fill then ones with the opening on the bottom of the unit. I would purchase again. Very pleased.
