Cones break to easily

Works great until the cones crack and break. We have replaced the unit a few times since we can't find replacement parts for the professional version. We follow the instructions when it comes to shredding cheese and still end up with broken cones. : (
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great until the cones break after limited use

We bought the unit in 2023. Normally use the medium shred cone and have not had any issues. Decided I wanted larger cheese shreds and switched to the super shred cone. It cracked in 3 places after two uses. We hand wash all parts. Needless to say, we are highly disappointed and on top of that, cannot locate the super shred cone replacement. We were going to purchase 3 additional Professional Saladshooter units for our kids, but due to the limited use of the cone before breaking and the inability to purchase replacement cones, we have decided not to pursue the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken Cone

Love mine, but I am tired of replacing the broken cones!! I have already replaced the medium shredder one twice!! And it broke again. Can someone figure out how to make them stronger? 😞😞😞

Broken cheese grater

So I love my salad shooter, but my grater is already broken. My first salad shooter I got for a wedding present and it lasted 25 years( it actually broke on my 25th wedding anniversary) , so I bought a new one for my camp trailer and one for my house. But my grater is already broken . I am so disappointed, and I don’t see the replacement on this website.

Great slicer! Great Product!

I bought this a few weeks ago because my old salad shooter, about 20 yrs old, started making a bad noise. I have always used it a lot and mostly for shredding cheese to have Fresh shredded cheese. Anyway, I replaced it with this Professional Salad shooter because the larger size for vegetables and potatoes. It works great! I sliced strawberries with it, I was afraid it would mash them up but it worked great and the slices were beautiful. I highly recommend this product and one reason is because of my experience with the original one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love the ease of using the salad shooter and that it is dishwasher safe. We use it weekly for making our healthy salad. I have had a salted shooter for over 20 years and finally upgraded to the larger version.
