GREAT COOKWARE & DURABLE

We've owned our skillet near 3 years now. It's the "best electric skillet ever". That's as per my wife and she'd sure speak er mind if it weren't. Uses it all the time for frying foods and even reheating hot dishes and some homemade soups.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The lid explodes

What a bad service, I really don't recommend it at all. Yesterday I bought it to cook in the morning, and when I was cooking the lid exploded and a piece of glass almost hit me in the face.

Terrible product

Very poor quality and everything that touches the surface where the heating element is attached to the skillet sticks to it there. !!! 😡🤬

We are sorry to hear food is sticking to your skillet. If you are using a non-stick spray, that can, over time, create a tacky buildup. The skillet has a non-stick coating so spray is not needed. We suggest using a baking soda paste and placing it on the areas of concern, leaving it on for 30-60 minutes and then washing off with a nylon pad or scrub brush. Rinse and repeat as needed. This unit did not stay "non stick" for long, I would not buy another one!

I am very disappointed that this is not made in the USA and it’s a product of China.
When I bought this product, I was under the impression it was made in the USA. Your company may be in the USA, but your products are not.
