I love it. Only downside it I use an outdoor smoker quite a bit and it would be perfect if it came with a case/holder (maybe for my belt)

Wow! This probe is lightning fast. That's not unique, but the display is - bright and easily read, and stays on while any movement. No more light going out in the middle of checking. Side benefit - the probe can be pulled out while wearing oven mitts.
