Works good but why doesn’t the temperature indicator light show the temperature? Plug it in and it’s always lighted?
I would recommend this to a friend!

The light you describe is a power indicator. It will glow when the fryer is plugged in.

Melting top rim

I am sooooooo disappointed with this product. The rim has melted. Each time I use it, it melts more at the top of this rim. I’m going to throw it out even tho it is compact.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
