[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been waiting a heating pad for work as my back is always hurting. This is great as you charge it with a USB port, which is great for having at your desk. It is just the right size and stays charged for hours. Love the design and quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I fight over who gets to use this heating pad! He usually wins and takes it to his office while he's working. It has done wonders for his back. We use a battery pack so it can be plugged in and used on the go. It truly is a game changer to not have to be plugged in a wall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I recieved it and was excited because you could connect it to a usb and wear it around instead of being stuck in one spot. Used it once for stiff neck worked fine, next time I went to use it would barly heat up even on high for 15 minutes. When I unplugged it it had burning smell to it so I thru it in the trash!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We are sorry to hear that your heating pad is not barely heating up and it has burning smell. No worries, we are here to help. If the control is blinking and the heating pad itself is not heating, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Verify tight connection between the pad and USB outlet.
Verify if there is no physical damage to the cord, power button, or heating pad.
Ensure the USB power source can provide a 2A current output.
If blinking or failure continues after these steps, discontinue use and follow the warranty guidelines that can be found in the manual of your heating pad. Have a great day!

Works alright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kind of disappointed in this product it didn't get as hot as I would have liked. I have a bad shoulder and heat seems to help me with the pain and stiffness but this pad doesn't get hot enough to affect it

Wish it came with a battery pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for a month now and absolutely love it! I can move freely around with it and take care of my kiddos. The only downside is, I had to purchase a battery pack thing from the store separately which is kind of a bummer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solves the problem of keeping a heating pad warm in the car for long drives. No need for microwave, no need for electrical outlet. Use the adapter in car power source. Quality product, even heat, use around the house or easy to travel with.

Works well for my back pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live with chronic back pain and being out and being able to have a heating pad on my back has made such a huge difference for me. Normally when I'm out, I'm counting the minutes til I'll get home. But, with my goheat I am now able to enjoy my time outdoors, while now being able to manage my pain and not have to rush to get back to the comfort of my home. I absolutely recommend this for anyone dealing with chronic back pain. I've already had two back surgeries, and God willing by using my goheat it will help prevent my needing another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No more clunky cords and plug-ins needed for "spot" heating pads as this product is so effective! Love the size and feel of the pad (very soft and nice against my skin), but what I love the most is that it's cord-free, which just makes it so much easier to use, and portable as well!
