Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to be able to try my new portable heating pad. I plugged it in for a full day or more, unplugged it and couldn't get it to come on. After much frustration, I reread the box which stated in small print that the battery is sold separately. Very disappointing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Heat on the run

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sunbeam Go Heat USB Powered Heating Pad has turned out to be a great travel companion. Its small 12.5" x 7.5" size makes it easy to roll up and store in an overnight bag or backpack and it has a small pocket to store its cord when not in use. The included USB-C wall plug and cord provide a number of options for power. My favorite being my power bank that I already carry in my backpack to charge my phone. It's large enough to apply heat to just about any area that hurts and the attached adjustable elastic strap as velcro on one end and does a good job at keeping the heat where you want it. The Go Heat also comes in handy on these cold mornings, plug it into your car adapter to warm up while waiting on the heat on the way to work or loosen tight muscles on a long drive or flight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sunbeam USB heating pad if great for in the car or at work while sitting at my desk. I found that hooked up to my computer, a power supply bank or even wall charger gave out the same amount of mediocre heat supply. I gave it 4 stars because while the concept is great, ease of use, perfect or smaller muscle areas, it just didn’t get hot enough for me. I do like the idea of the Velcro strap so it wasn’t slipping around or uncomfortably bulky under my jacket. The little pocket that holds the charger cord was nice, and being able to store it was also a plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product recently. It's interesting on how it gets power from USB controls. It does give off a reasonable amount of heat for the unit and its size and power. I would recommend this to my network looking for a simple heat source

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to use this, when I got it, I was so so very sad, you can only use it plugged in, never (I thought it was wireless, just charge and go) the cord is so short, you can not really use, and it never really got warm, my back is so bad, I was excited to try this but.. no

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Sunbeam GoHeat USB Powered Heating Pad would be more useful for may people if there was someway to a hold a charge. The heating pad has to be plugged in while using! Otherwise, the heating pad works ok!

Love the warmth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sunbeam GoHeat USB powered heating pad is great. I have issues with my back and shoulders and this heating pad gives me so much relief. I love that the power source can be tucked into it so I'm not worried about wires hanging. Gives off excellent heat which can be set to different settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was (was is the key word) excited to receive the Sunbeam GoHeat USB Powered Heating pad IF it was any good!! So many disappointing features such as the pad being very small, the device does not heat up well, and the BIG one you CANNOT walk around with the pad unless you own a power bank. So your only other option is to stay near your computer or main power source. What a waste!
