Good for temporary use, not longterm investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initial impression: Nice clean look and unfussy design.
Initial use: Awful "factory" smell emitted then finally dissipated after 3rd use or so. Very loud. Vibrated more than preferred and felt most safe to hold blender steady during every use.
Outer base looks as if made of some type of metal or steel but actually just plastic housing motor. Base is not as heavy for more stability than preferred. Base also has a notch that I believe allows for leaks to flow towards the back but doesn't make sense as it shouldn't leak in the first place.
Pitcher is made of glass which is great but the concern for the lightweight base may make it easy for it to become unbalanced, toppled over or dropped by consumer.
Food processing bowl unit is made of plastic. Dislike that lid does not lock when in use. Poor design when water gets trapped in between the attachment base stuck to bottom of bowl when washing.
Smoothie cup is made of plastic. The lid to access spout is incredibly hard to open.

Blended fine if proper amount of liquid added. Food processing unit was only able to process or chop 3/4 of an onion that was quartered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender works well and is a good value. It is a bit loud, but most blenders are. I like the 3-1 system and find that it replaces my old food processor. The materials are good quality and the blades work great.

Helpful multipurpose tools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have all of these tools separately so was excited to have 1 base for multiple jobs. Overall, this is a really helpful tool, but a few things seemed quirky.
Right out of the box the quality seems above average. The base/motor is surprisingly light weight. It looks like brushed aluminum but feels more like a plastic with a brushed aluminum overlay. It cleans up very well.
The large blender cup is thick glass and felt solid. First up was blended margaritas! The ice was crushed amazingly well and very consistent throughout.
We are a big smoothie/protein shake family so again, the possibility to streamline our gadgets was exciting. I didn’t love the feel of the individual cup and the drink opening on the lid was very small and the attached lid increased how awkward it is to drink from it. The blade for the individual drink cup is shared with the large blender cup. However, the blade and gasket are not attached to the plastic assembly so it was awkward to take it off, and frankly presented opportunities for injuries. The drink cup component is my least favorite part.
For the chopping/processing cup, this was great. We used it for a variety of dips and processed several soup bases. It was solid! A couple of peculiar things, this doesn’t “lock” into the motor base so it wobbles a little while in use. Also, the lid can be a touch tricky as a pin has to line up to lock it on. I’m sure there is a reason for this pin but visually it isn’t apparent.
In the end, the blender cup and the chopper/processor were really great. I’m less enthusiastic about the drink cup for functionality and the safety of the blade not being attached. This is solid if you’re looking for a space saver that performs well.

Solid Blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using my new 3 in 1 kitchen system for a few weeks now and I am satisfied with it’s performance and convenience. The blender has plenty of power and the chopper is large enough to handle my chopping needs. I like the brushed aluminum finish and it goes well with all of the other appliances on my counter. I also really like the smoothie cup for convenience but the lid is not designed well for drinking. I am a little concerned of the durability of the finish with frequent cleaning, but time will tell. Overall I feel this is a quality product and would recommend it.

My Go To Machine for Smoothies and Salsa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little workhorse. So far I’ve made pico de gallo and several different smoothies. The chopper attachment is great for fine dicing and chopping which makes for a perfect salsa. The blender attachment has a strong and powerful blade system that works extremely well when blending ice, fruit or vegetables. I’ll do a soup in it soon as I know I’ll get the fineness I want for a smooth soup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this 3 in 1 kitchen system by Oster. It's the perfect size for me and my husband. We have game night with 2 other couples once a month and last week I used my 3 in one and I was very impressed. I made spaghetti so I used the chopper for my garlic, and it worked beautifully. Later on in the evening I used the blender to make wine slushies, and it again worked amazing. I'm very impressed by the sip and go cup as well because it has a flip top lid and I am very clumsy so that's a huge plus for me. I love cooking and making smoothies so this 3 in 1 system will get used a lot.
