After owning a previous model and losing it in Hurricane Sandy...i recently purchased this machine. It's so disappointing, it hasn't worked correctly yet. Poorly made, cheaper design and pieces, I wish I could return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this machine for a little over a month and cannot say a bad thing about it. I tended bar for over 15 years and really wish I would of had one of these frozen concoction makers then. You get a perfectly blended drink every time with this machine. The kids love it too.
