This is just a basic hand mixer. The eject immediately became stuck in eject so the mixers do not stay in. In an effort to fix it there are 4 screws that can take the mixer apart. Three screws are phillips head but the 4th screw has a triangle head that I have never seen before making it impossible to remove. I will never buy another Black and Decker product. If they can't match 4 screws how can I expect in quality on any other product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
