I bought because of features and I am not disappointed. So excited I started ironing right away. What a crease it puts in pants without starch! Also, heats up to steam in seconds. Love this iron.

Purchased just yesterday, and I love it. Very light weight, easy to you, great steam or works on more delicate items with no steam. Like I can use to steam wrinkles out of curtains and drapes.

Replacing a much earlier B&D model whose soleplate had lost it's "slickery-nss". Very pleased with the slight changes in design, too!
