Open box, on Sale, no problems at all, delivered when they said. It's only for the bedroom, so quite adequate, only negative is the bright red lite on the front when the TV is off, some black tape fixed that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sound cuts out

The sound often just quits. The only way to get it back is to then unplug the thing for 10-30 minutes. It is a noted problem according to Toshiba's website.
