Needed a new router for my wife who works from home. The old router was dropping out intermittantly. The 5400 came within a few days, meshed into my home network easily and is giving my wife the service she needs without issue. Great product

Easy to connect and get started and seems to have good range. Also, I love the app on my phone to make quick changes, while allowing a lot of customization. So far, it's great.

It worked fine for seven of my devices, but my laptop wouldn't even show it as a available network.

To resolve this, please check if the laptop's WIFI device is working properly and within range to the router. If the WIFI is a legacy device it may not work properly with WIFI6, please check for updates. Also, try connecting this manually to either 2.4GHz or 5GHz.
