No support, router won't work , tried for hours to get router to recognize any devices

We're truly sorry for the hours of frustration with your non-functional router and lack of support. This is not the experience we want. Please try a full power cycle (unplug the router and modem for 60 seconds, then plug the modem, then the router). If devices still aren't recognized, contact us immediately at customerloyalty@asus.com. We are committed to resolving this directly for you. Please copy a link to this post as a reference.
