We have only had it for a short time and only cooked eggs in it so far. It cooked them well but it's harder to use with the straight sides. We wish the pan sides were more of an angle to make it easier to get spatula under food and also easier to flip over and scoop out.

It works great, nonstick. I love that it doesn't contain PFAS or ‘forever chemicals'. Highly recommend
