Sound quality, build and feel is all great for its price. Worked well and I enjoyed using them for music. I bought them because I wanted a decent pair that would last at least a year or two but a week ago the left earbud decided to not work. I followed the guide for trouble shooting Which was no help at all. One of the step was to delete the connection via Bluetooth, which now caused the last working ear bud to not be able to connect back because they won't pair unless both earbuds work and are in the case. Which I can't do because one won't work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the WF-C500. We're glad that you like the sound quality and design of the headphones. It's unfortunate that one unit is not working properly. Make sure both earbuds are charged sufficiently. Placed both earbuds correctly on the charging case.

Sony will not honor warranty due to item being gift and they either want me to pay to fix these terrible headphones or buy another terrible Sony product would not recommend. Product was great if you never use it but when I used daily left ear piece went out and now neither headphone will connect via bluetooth which is kind of their whole purpose

Great for listening to music not taking calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the back of the box it states made for iphones. Well- I have an android and was able to connect to the earbuds pretty easily using the app. The sound quality is not the best but can be tuned using the app. Whenever I answer the phone while wearing these I always hear complaints that I sound far away or I'm on speaker. The right bud controls the volume and the left you can change the song or answer a call. There's no option for call quality or noise reduction. The only problem is when you're changing the song or answering a call - you have to press on the outside of the ear buds which pushes it deeper into your ear. It's already pretty snug inside your ear and I ran on the treadmill while using and they didn't slip out. Overall, the battery lasts pretty long (8hr) and the case stays charged.
Got it at airport as I forgot my WFM1000 at home. Paired fine and worked for 5 mins before left earbuds started glitching. Tried everything for most of my flight and waiting time in-between, sucks to say I will not trust Sony anymore. Should have bought Bose or Beats
