I bought this pair and they haven't worked right since I bought them. Only the left side will connect. Even the Sony app shows the right side with 0% battery life. It will come on, but only work for 30 seconds or so then disconnect. I tried connecting it to more than one smart phone with the same result. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These sound better then beats and not as expensive or well I'm not sure how much these are brand new I bought them on offer up but still amazing product when you pair them with your phone it asks if you want to download the app for the headphones and that's awesome I can go on and on about these I REALLY DO RECOMMEND THESE TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE TRUST ME YOU WON'T REGRET IT OR GET A HOLD OF ME AND I'LL PAY YOU FOR THEM BUT YOU GOT TO PROVE ME WRONG THANKS FOR READING BUT I'M GOING TO LISTEN TO THEM P.S. they are great for music or gaming they are like 3D hearing if that makes sense hahaha
They are really good but my right side one started acting up first at lower volume than the left, then as right bud is the one to skip or go bak songs, every time i touched it sound will cut, tapping was the way to make music come back until now that sound is off. It gets charged and connected via Bluetooth but not sound at all. Trying to contact SONY to get a replacement, i hope they get back to me, i bought 3 of these because i liked them so much, 2 of them still work.
