Not what I expected :-(

The battery doesn't last very long which means I can't finish vacuuming before I have to charge it again... I like the idea that it bends to go under the furniture however it makes it harder to use on carpet because it constantly bends.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

disappointing

I bought this last summer and tried really hard to like it. The suction isn’t as good as expected and I often use it on the stronger mode for just normal cleaning. It also takes a few seconds for the side suction along edges to kick into gear, and you end up missing most of the edge. Attachments are easy to lose as you can’t connect them. They also aren’t great. I’d return it if I could but I missed the window.
