Amazing exhaust hood! Best purchase in a long time

Incredible range exhaust fan. I never would have believed that this fan was capable of doing exactly what was promised. Its a rate event anymore to have a product perform and this fan does. The lights are bright but easy on the eyes and I can see what I'm cooking. The digital display is perfect and super easy to use. Now that I can compare a this exhaust hood to a typical big box store purchase I am blown away. Did I mention that my house doesnt smell like dinner in the morning? Its actually clears the odors within an hour. Quiet too. The napkin test is real...it will suck a napkin and keep it against the vents even on the lowest speed. Worth every bit of my hard earned money!

Easy to use, but love the ability to select a timer so it can turn off at some point after we are done using it.

Enjoying our PS-18 model, sleek design , fan system seems very effective , some have noted it was noisy but it is more efficient and less noisy than our previous unit.

Perfect Size Under Cabinet Hood

This was the right size hood compared to others either too short or more expensive or lower quality. It's a solid build quality and super nice customer service. Top it off, designed in Northern California, but made in China.

Nice range hood, pretty quite on low to med settings, but still plenty of air flow. Only complaint is you to turn of the fan you have to hit the power button which also turns off the light, you have to then hit the power and light button again.

Bought this model a few years ago. Overall have been satisfied. It's powerful, fairly quiet on low speed settings, as expected louder at the highest speeds, but at the highest speed it really clears out the kitchen. The two negatives are 1. The clock constantly loses time as others have mentioned over the years. It is so frustrating to see a very old stove below it and an old under cabinet radio keep perfect time. 2. The LED lights are great, wish it had at least a two brightness levels as opposed to the on/off. Panels are easy to pull down to wash, be careful of sharp edges. Have a situation with it now, customer service is helping me resolve the situation for an honest review. Overall am happy with the purchase, I hope it can be trouble free for many more years.
