The power on the fan is good and the auto-off feature is convenient. It looks pretty good with the all-stainless appliances installed in my new kitchen. My mother-in-law and wife do most of the cooking, and they both like it.

Installation was a headache but nice range hood

It took contractor and me half a day to try and fit a 6 in pipe on 6 in outlet of hood and install. We needed to get an additional piece to transition into pipe, as 6 inches in China apparently doesn't fit into a 6in pipe here. However, once that is achieved, the hood fits the 12 in deep cabinet perfectly, which is one reason we bought it. The fans and 6 levels of power seem nice but might be overkill as not a lot of difference between adjacent adjustments. Owners manual leaves stuff out. You cannot hard wire and need to make or use an outlet, though manual shows hard wiring and no plug. The grease pan is found in box but isn't mentioned in manual. Tape on all parts to protect on shipping need removed. Stuff like that. I have not used the fan in my home yet as we are remodeling, but it looks nice and fits wonderfully and seems to pull air in house. If they fixed the fittings for 6 in install and manual, it would be greatly improved. 2 yr warranty should be adequate I hope. Also, I hope the fan is as strong as advertised at 800 cfm because they are pretty quiet for that strength. Seems to be nice product at this early juncture.

Just install and use the hood in the last 3 days. It is very high quality heavy stainless still material. It is much more powerful quite compare to my old 800 CFM Pacific hood. I like second lowest speed better because the lowest once there is little motor humming noise if i pay attention to it.I wish the hood line is LED instead of halogen.

Just installed it a few days ago, so far so good. The hood has a plug instead of hard wired. We had to make an outlet for it. We had the duct in the back and the adapter that it came with for the back is way too long for to go behind the wall. We modified it with the adapter that was for the top to make it work.

good looking hood vent

good looking hood vent with nice digital display and 2 bright led lights. it has 6 speeds and plenty of power to remove cooking odors. the under mounts come off easily for cleaning. it came with both round and rectangular hood attachments for optional installment. it even has a tray in the back to collect potential evaporation. very nice.
