Great hood vent. Real good suction.

This is an awesome range hood vent. Very powerful. Had great suction as you can see all the steam from the food you cook go right into it. The self cleaning feature seems to be nice as well. I could not install this myself so had a friend help out since it is quite heavy. But once installed , I am in love with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased the unit for a remodel and made the selection after tons of research. Unit works great and keeps the fumes contained. We are very happy with the PS-38.

I bought this hood a over 3 years ago to replace my old one and this has been one of the best purchased I have done on my house. It has great suction power and the self-cleaning feature is great! I use the self-cleaning feature two to three times a month because my family loves to cook! I do take it all apart once every 6 months for a deep cleaning including my ductwork.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brought this range 12/2021 and it is great! Easy to use and clean yet powerful enough to clear any odor. Only recently, couldnt clean the fan covers anymore so needed to replace it. Highly recommended

Efficient Hood

I have been using Chef Series Range Hood 30" PS38 PRO PERFORMANCE Stainless Steel Slim Under Cabinet Range Hood Design for 2 years, and I am happy with the product performance most of the part; however, some of the parts that was shipped to me use not of great quality. Especially, the tray for auto clean that came with the product cracked after 1-2 usages. This is made of cheap plastic, and needs to be improved. I am happy when the responsive team at Hauslane as they care about the customer. I have no doubt the Hauslane team can better design this part as well.
