High quality, superb product

I’ve had this range hood for a little under a year and it’s outperformed my expectations. I can fry all day and can’t smell a thing in my kitchen. It looks sleek and modern, has a self cleaning feature, and quiet on the lower settings. They also have amazing customer support. I’m super happy with it and have recommended it to all my friends and family.

Most powerful self cleaning hood if you fry daily

I bought this rangehood 3 years ago after a thorough search. It had all the features I wanted- powerful suction, autoclean, sleek design, sharp digital display and bright lighting. The five different fan speeds let me use the hood efficiently- I can adjust the speed based on what I’m cooking and how the process goes. I always use level 1 whenever I’m cooking, no matter what I’m cooking, to pull away heat/fumes all while listening to the radio at a normal “office waiting room” volume. It’s quiet enough for that. If I’m stir frying, which is pretty much everyday, then I use level 4 or 5 which really exhausts the smoke/fumes- you can see the vapours being pulled up into the fans. Of course, it’s louder so I can no longer hear the radio but it’s a small sacrifice for a clear & clean smelling kitchen. I use it everyday and have not needed to replace the light bulbs but they’re easy enough to switch out. The autoclean is amazing. If you’ve ever had to deep clean a rangehood you know how gruelling and time consuming a task it is. Having the autoclean which I can run every week makes deep cleaning unnecessary. The hood doesn’t buildup grease which also means the fans run more effectively. Overall, the best rangehood I’ve ever had.

Great product

I review several hoods and felt this would be great for us. My builder didn’t think I would need this power. He said everyone uses 100 -300. The cabinet maker agreed but I said no this is what I want. I’m so glad I stayed with this product. It has wonderful choice of suction depending on what you are doing!

UC-PS38 Is a great product

We bought UC-PS38 couple of years back and it has been a great addition to our kitchen. The suction power is great and it takes all the smelly air out and keep it fresh in the kitchen. Auto cleaning feature is a plus as it cleans the internals as required. We have recommended it to some of our friends as well and they have also purchased it and happy with it.

Great product, great customer service!

I've had the UC-PS38 for over a year and have been very pleased with its performance and features. When the auto-clean feature began misbehaving I called customer service. They suggested a fix to the problem and sent me the necessary parts. I was able to install the parts with the help of a provided video and now the hood is performing as it should. I highly recommend this hood.

I bought this 3weeks ago and had it installed for 2 weeks. The 940 CFM is great power and I love the kitchen odorless. We did a lot of stir-and-fry and the range hood makes a big difference comparing to our Samsung microwave. I haven't tried the self-clean yet as it's just 2 weeks.
