Hard to install

Works great but not easy to install. Contractor took forever to get it in because it doesn?? have screw holes? I don?? know. Something they said. It works great though. Make sure you get a good contractor? Hahha

It works great and it looks beautiful. A bit loud even at it lowest level. There?? only one setting for the light?? wish I could dim it. Very nice

I brought the product year ago. I like the modern style design and its well performance on heavy cook. Customer service was very nice and help me get accessory a year after the purchase.

Excellent hood

This hood was to replaced our Pacific hood that broke within a few years. This one is so much better at sucking all the smoke out, keeping my house smelling clean. My husband and I both love to cook, especially Asian food. This is a great buy, hopefully it will last longer than my old one. It will need two people to install, this one is very heavy!
