All stainless, minimalist, and quiet; great!

I bought the PS38 unit about a month ago and installed it myself. On the lowest fan setting, it’s quite quiet at about 60dba, and on the max setting, it’s about 75dba (loud). The lights are bright and it’s convenient that they’re standard bulbs. I haven’t tested the self-cleaning yet but it seems straight forward to use. One downside I don’t like is the dinging sound for button press feedback but it’s not a deal breaker. During installation though, I will say the 2x back screws are very hard to reach. I ended up using 2x extensions and a long bit, and had to tape the screw to the bit as I had no room to hold the long screw. A strong magnetic bit could work too.
Overall, the PS38 looks great and modern with all the stainless but still subtle and minimalistic at the same, and at a reasonable price!

Great product, strong exhaust fan

I bought this under cabinet range hood to replace my 20 years old range hood. This product UC-PS38 definitely beat it. Exhaust fan is powerful and it has up to 6 level. Easy to clean and it has self-cleaning feature, which is a big plus! Will recommend this product.

Bought Hauslane Rangehood UC-PS38 for the holiday use and we are very happy with it. The instructions for installation and the video were very helpful and we were able to install it ourselves without too much difficulties. It is quite and powerful, very nice one for the price.

I used it for a month now and i’m mixed…
I hate the design two push button to open the light. If fan at speed 6 and light on, you either push 6 times to stop the fan or power off and push light again. Not user friendly at all. You should change this. Over speed two, it’s noisy but very powerful. . 6 inches Flexible conduit don't fit the exterior ring of the fan, needed adapter
