Functions as advertised and price is reasonable. Loved all vent options came with the package. Looks good and definitely recommend this product. Room for improvement: would have been nice if a template sheet to assist with under cabinet mount task or provide slightly smaller diameter washers for holding screws for easier mount task.

I found this hood to live up to its description. Very nice design manufactured with good quality heavy duty material. Everything needed for an easy installation was included along with easy to follow instructions. The performance was better than expected with very good suction at reasonable sound levels. Customer service was very helpful with an issue. As a professional kitchen and bath remodeler, I will use this product again and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a high quality kitchen appliance.

We removed our above the oven microwave and installed the PS-18. Takes care of all heavy smells like bacon, fried potatoes and also high heat Chinese stir fry.We are quite please with it and glad we made the switch. Interface is slick and easy to operate.
