Great product, terrible instructions and engineering for ergonomics.

The product is great, we installed it last Monday, The noise level is low compared to the one we used to have (A fossil from 1994) and the suction is great. I would give the product five stars, but it has two issues. The first one is the instructions, they are ... really bad. I saw previous feedbacks and I saw the same feedback from others, but I was not really expecting this bad. The second one is that given the design of the product I would expect the engineers to design an easy way to install it, it is just to difficult, given the position where the range is located for everybody. I am just saying, the design can be improved to help customer to install the range, it is just six holes and plug to electricity, anybody should be able to install the device, it is just not designed for that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been thrilled with this hood. The quality, the ease of installation, its bright lights and six speed fan really exceeded my expectations! It even has a clock and a timer!

Happy overall with this product. Rectangular exhaust vent flap does make some noise. Would be be nice if power cord could easily be changed to exit from top OR back. Quality and looks are good.
