Great fan, but cleaning fan blades is difficult.

I've had this for about 3 years now and it's still works very well – the LED light is bright and I don't have to turn on other lights when I'm cooking, the fans work smoothly, and it's easy to clean the outside. My only gripe about this product is cleaning the blades. Yes, the baffle filters come off and you can put them into the dishwasher just fine, but the fan blades themselves are mucked up in grease. There's no instructions on how to remove them and clean them. Oh, and the clock is a little off so every 6 months, you just need to adjust it.
Overall, I think this product's great, but I want to make sure it lasts a long time. I would appreciate instructions on how to take the fan blades out and clean them in soapy water.

This hood works great! It’s powerful, quiet, and does an excellent job of clearing smoke and odors from the kitchen. Sleek design and easy to clean—highly recommend!

Looks and works great!

We love this hood! It looks great and works well. Easy to clean and the light lights up the space well. Only complaint is that there’s a metallic rattle sound when it’s on that we can’t seem to figure out what’s causing it.

Powerhouse

The hood fan has a good range from low to powerful, the light is bright and construction is solid. It’s a bit heavy but you would expect that a solid build and two powerful motors.

Why did we wait so long?
on July 29, 2025

Only installed last week but already asking: why did we wait so long to replace our 20-yr-old range hood?! The retro fit added a bit to the install but we (finally) managed w/o professional assistance. A pre-printed template would be a nice 'add'. Absolutely a minimum 2-person project (preferably 3 during some steps). The low speed easily provides more than sufficient odor removal and produces less sound than our previous hood. And really appreciate the delay 'Off' option. This is a beefy, well-made, beautiful addition to our kitchen remodel. Totally happy.
