It fits!

Look no further if you want a range hood that doesn’t interrupt your upper cabinets! We’re so happy to have found this strong but slim profile hood. It’s just been installed in our 13 inch deep uppers… we haven’t taken off the protective sheet over the stainless steel yet, and there will be a panel flush with the cabinet fronts, but showing it without so people get a sense of how well it fits. Looking forward to using it!

Excellent Hood

This is a very stylish hood. We chose not to have it vented, and it works great. It really tied together our new kitchen. I've used the hood several times searing steaks with just the charcoal filters and didn't set off the smoke alarm! The integrated lighting is the perfect color temperature, around 5, 000K which is what we went with for the rest of our kitchen design. Install was relatively easy the directions were good, has not fallen down on anyone's head and I don't expect it to. The satin stainless is easy to clean, and we get many compliments on it from friends and family alike. If I was ever getting a kitchen I would highly recommend this model for price and value.

Beautiful, works well! It is a very strong unit. Only thing that I wish it had was a 3rd and 4th screw to mount it. The lip doesn’t sit flush.

I am doing a kitchen renovation and my dad helped me install this a few weeks ago. The cabinet prep took some time, because he had to remove the bottom panel of the cabinet and make some extra holes in the cabinet so that the air could recirculate (non-ducted). I also made a small design to use it non-ducted, but with a short duct that goes out at the top of the cabinet, that way I didn’t have an exposed/visible hole in the cabinet and I could also still use some shelf space. Other than that, the installation steps were easy to follow, the lights are bright, I love that I can change them if need be. On the video I have the hood on the lowest setting which makes some noise but that I can still hear conversations, on the other two higher settings it can get a little loud, but I personally don’t mind. I think it’s a well made hood and I also love the fact that it gives me space to work when cooking.

Great Hood!

I love this hood. It looks modern and really opens up the space. It's a wonderful upgrade to what I previously had.
The air suction is great, although a bit noisy on the highest setting. The quality is very good. The unit was packaged well to ensure that there was no damage. It was easy to install (which I did by myself using two cabinet jacks). I would highly recommend this product!

I have been using this product for a year and have extremely happy with it as it is very strong and does the job it is intended to! When I cleaned the filter yesterday, I noticed that a screw was missing on the backside of the filter that holds the little lever in place. Phoned today and was replaced with no problem and it’s on its way. It is so awesome to actually speak to someone and get a problem resolved quickly! I would definitely refer this product to anyone in the market. I do agree with another customer that said this little lever should be manufactured better!

After much consideration I purchased the Hauslane vent to accommodate our fancy new wooden cover instead of our built in microwave over he stove. You can vent it outside or use the filters which is what we did.
