Best addition to our kitchen!

We replaced our over the range microwave with this beautiful Hauslane hood and couldn’t be more pleased with it. It worked great with our 9” ceilings; no chimney extension necessary. It also functions very well. So happy to be venting out while cooking again.

I will admit that I was somewhat reluctant to order as I had never heard of this company before. But the “appliance name” hood we were waiting on was perpetually out of stock in the black stainless and we needed to get something to finish our build.
Fast forward, we are just as happy with this unit and spent half as much. Looks nice, exhausts strongly, and sound level seems reasonable for the amount of air being moved. Also, Hauslane has real people that will answer on chat and can help you through any problems you might have — real people on the other end of the line is something not every company does these days.
Bottom line, if you’re looking at it and not sure…just order it.

My range hood is gorgeous! I love it. It?? a little noisy but I can live with that as it finishes my kitchen. The black stainless steel is finger print...free...worth a little bit of noise!

I like the electronic switches VS the mechanical interlocking switches on some brands.

I was happy to find this unit that had the switching I wanted without spending more for wireless connectivity that I didn't need. I like the dark stainless steel. I am going to use the non outdoor venting to see how well it works with the charcoal filters.

I love this hood. It looks great in my new remodel kitchen. The black stainless steel color is just the right fit for the decor in my kitchen. It lives up to the product description.

Great Vent Hood

We've been using this vent hood (recirculating, not vented) for around 6 months. Suction is great, though- unsurprisingly - cooking smells remain, due to the vent hood not being vented outside. If your outlet is not behind the chimney, the plug prevents the chimney from sitting flush against the wall. We had to cut a small notch on the bottom back corner of one side of the chimney to allow the plug to come out (and for the chimney to sit flush against the wall). Overall a great purchase given the price and capability of the vent hood. Customer service was excellent.
