I just replaced a Keurig machine that was more than five years old. I was very disappointed by what looked like a drop in quality and features in the new machine. For example the water reservoir is no longer clear so you can’t tell how much water you have left. The touchscreen display is gone. My new maker does not make hot coffee even with the temperature setting as high as it will go. And so on. Looks like the short term goal is to reduce cost and the long-term effect will be to lose customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was going to pass on my K475 when the Elite arrived. Brewed 2 mugs, disconnected and drained it and put it back in the box. Reconnected and refilled my K475. Passed on the Elite instead of the K475. Not that there was really anything wrong with the Elite, it just didn't compare with the K475. I must say that she is completely happy the Elite which replaced the K65 that I passed on to her when I got the K475 several years ago.

This was a replace machine for one that had stopped working ! It is to noisy to tall -to many buttons- & to expensive. I would like another option & another more user friendly machine

I love keruig Keruig Is a very honest company The number 1 to stand behind there products .everyone should own a keruig

I bought this a few weeks ago. I love the over ice function. The big water reserve is very nice to. I use this for teas, hot cocoa not coffee. Lol. This works great drinks are hot or cold and very flavorful. Keurig did great designing this

This is the fourth Kerurig I have bought (gifts, cottage & personal use). I love the looks of this one. I expect a certain level of quality with the Keurig brand, and I have neve been disappointed!

While our old faithful is still brewing coffee, it has now been relocated to the basement game room. Meanwhile our new K-Elite is exceeding expectations as our main kitchen go to! Faster, quieter, and with a solid feel to it, our new K-Elite has become a delight to use!
