I recently bought this coffee maker to replace our old Keurig that we have had since 2010. Our older one had not broken, but I wanted one with newer features. This coffee maker heats up quickly and serves all of our coffee needs. The price was right and the shipping was so fast. We are happy with this purchase.

Weak producer

Bought the K Elite about 3 months ago worked fine at first, now it isn’t producing full cups. Have to run it 2 times just to get a full cup. Have tried all “fixes” and nothing. Store won’t trade it out and I’m going back to my good old fashioned coffee pot.

We have the temperature set on the higher choice and it doesn’t produce HOT coffee

Questionable Quality

I received this K-Elite almost two weeks ago as a replacement for my other K-Elite which only lasted 8 months. Sadly this one drips water when I start it, about one to two table spoons of water each time I turn it on. I have to keep a cup on the drip tray to catch the water. Sadly, this will probably be my last Keurig. The quality has gone down so much for me that I am researching other makers to replace this one.

Miss the features on the 2.0

Just bought the K-Elite to replace my Keurig 2.0. Not a fan of the K-Elite. The controls are on top which makes it difficult for short people to see. I have to stand on my toes to make a cup of coffee. I could glance at my 2.0 to see the clock, and I can't see the clock on the K-Elite. I also miss the night light on my 2.0. Also, the 2.0 sounded more powerful than the K-Elite.
