I bought this coffee maker to replace my previous Keurig. My old Keurig had a touch screen which constantly we out. This one is so much easier to use and has great features.

I bought this because of the 12 oz additional hot feature and for the Iced Coffee setting it has as well. BEST iced coffee I could ever make myself and with all the varieties of K-Cups available, the choices are endless... Easy to use, no maintenance, and a great price.

What Auto On?

I bought the Elite about a year ago. The first one the auto on never worked sent it back , the second one worked sometimes sent it back, the third one same thing works for a couple of weeks than it doesn't so I reprogram it and its good for another couple of weeks. I'm not pleased with the inconsistency but I'm stuck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased an K475 unit, it leaked about 3 months in. I called and they had a newer unit, since the k475 is discontinued, shipped and delivered within the week. The unit is so amazing and have not had a single issue

I am generally happy with the Elite coffee maker. The new shorter fulcrum allows the device to better puncture the “new” kcups. Too bad it was necessary to make so many machines obsolete to accommodate these “new” recycleable units.
