Love this keurig!

Got this a few months back. It’s my 2nd Keurig. This one is hands down the best and most convenient set up I have used. Coffee tastes so rich and delicious. I love iced coffee, and this is perfect for that. Having the ability to change the temp of the coffee being brewed is awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I puchased this model from Costco this weekend. I bought it because it advertised 2 temps 187 and 192. I tried several times, water never got hotter than 175-178 even on the 192 setting. I used a thermometer & even boiled water to make sure the thermometer was working ok, yep, it was. The K-Elite wasn't any hotter than my 5 yr old B70 platium. Sure wish you made them like that one, it's a solid machine, wish it still heated to the 192 temp. The K-Elite is not as solid as my B70 although it does have some similar features. The water recepticle lid doesn't have a flap, you have to take the whole thing off and the recepticle is not made as thick as my B70 is, looks easy to crack. Go back to what worked and was a solid machine please.

The added temperature control feature allows the consumer to change the preset brew temperature of the internal reservoir. Depending upon the mug or cup material and size of beverage, the temperature of the dispensed beverage will range from 160 – 190 degrees Fahrenheit with the K-Elite. I don’t know the warranty on my machine.?????
Wish the hot water had a timer on it. Like 30 minutes,
Then shut off. I love the extra HOT WATER TEMP.
I HATE COLD COFFEE.

Is Keurig dropping support on ANOTHER of their pro

So, was researching the latest Keurig unit to possibly upgrade. Saw this "Elite" unit with a huge 72oz water reservoir (one of main things I look for...). And thought "this will be great! Then I realized that the NEW unit coming from Keurig no longer supports K Carafe. Really? The largest water reservoir... multiple size options, but no Carafe. So... get ready everyone, sure looks like Keurig is not going to support the Carafe anymore, otherwise why leave that off your biggest best unit. First, you created a cold drink machine, told us all to buy in, then just stopped supporting your product. Sad....

Shuts down during brew

I'm on my 3rd Keurig elite in 4 months. Each has the same issue. It works fine for a while, then decides not to work. It powers on, heats the water, then when I try to brew or get water it shuts itself off after I choose cup size. It's plugged into a dedicated outlet but I also noticed the clock loses time. Garbage.

Love Keurig - do not love the K-Elite

We purchased the K-Elite Single Serve Coffee Make from Keurig in July 2020. It started having brewing issues within 75 days of purchase with 1-2 person use daily. We contacted Keurig who said they would replace the unit, but the replacement orders keep cancelling.

Defective

Bought this coffee maker 2 yrs. ago. The air purge pump went out. Called to get a part to fix it. They say they have no parts its defective and I’m out of luck. Don’t know if I’d pay that much for another one.
