I remodeled my kitchen in brushed stainless and my old black Kurig, while still performing well, just didn't fit in. I'm so happy with my new machine and it looks good too!

My other Keurig brewer stopped working all of a sudden. It was the kind with the digital screen. I had to order another one and used my points but my previous brewer wasn’t one of the options given. This brewer works but Its nowhere near as nice as my previous one. This is my fourth brewer and even though I do everything right as far as caring for them, none of them seem to last very long. It’s getting very frustrating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the bifurcated old lid, where you could bend & fil not totally remove

Needs some tweaks

I like the basic features of the machine. Single cups are great and the strong cup feature is very good as I like a bold coffee. The complaints are that the reservoir is covered with a face plate. Now depending on how it is positioned for you, this is a problem because it is not readily obvious the the water level is low. In our kitchen we approach the machine from the right side which means we either have to turn the machine, lean way over the corner of the counter, or walk around the other side of a breakfast bar to see the water level. A simple slot in the front of the cover would correct that. The second thing that sort of annoys me is the my travel cups do not fit so we are using the glass part of a french press to capture the coffee and pour it into the cups. That seems counter intuitive to me as the convenience of brew and go is, well, gone.
