This is much better than the previous model we bought a couple of month's ago by accident. We bought the Keurig K-select which did not hold enough water in the reserve for us. This model is much better. The only thing I miss is the lid that opens up and does not come off. I prefer not having to remove the lid all the way off each time I have to add water to the refill tank. The last Keurig Elite we bought the lid we just lifted up and it stayed a jarred. It was nice and easy. Other than that, this is still the best coffee maker on the market today for our family.

Disappointed...

Our new Keurig Elite seems “dumbed down” compared to the old one that broke. The control screen is not intuitive requiring a manual for interpretation. The preheat function only stays on for a max of two hours where the previous one allowed for a start and stop time to be selected. If you have people on different morning schedules the later risers will have to reheat again. You cannot see the water level from the front requiring that you pull it out and turn it sideways to check. I thought we had purchased a budget model by mistake... but no I checked the website and it’s the top of the line... like I said, disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Defect noted during brewing process

I bought this at Christmas and noticed a problem at the end of the brewing cycle. Unlike my previous Keurigs, this one always drips upon brewing completion. I even allow additional time hoping that it would not drip after removing my cup, but to no avail. It’s real bothers me because my kitchen was just redone

I was gifted this after wanting one for some years! Not going to lie I’m not a huge coffee drinker but you can brew tea also! And the iced brew feature is amazing! My fiancé has been getting way more use out of it then me though. And he didn’t like coffee before lol. I think it’s just the ease of use and the availability now but all in all we love it!
