Best Ever!

This is our 5th Keurig. You really put some thought into this one!
It brews a great cup of coffee for both of our coffee taste. Our other Keurig was working fine but the larger water tank is the reason we bought this model so only one fill up in the morning is needed. The only down feature for us is the height as our travel mug is too tall to brew directly into it.

I bought the elite two months ago. It started to make really loud sounds when warming up. Coffee grounds at the end come out in cup. Very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We essentially replaced our ~5-6 year old version of this machine. We liked the last one so much….why change! We considered the competition…..but had no reason why to change. We’re glad we didn’t. This has all the features we need. Shipped directly from Keurig, very well packaged. Very Happy in Wilmington, DE!

We got a new kitchen- all white and gold. Since my old Keurig was silver it had to be replaced although it was about 6 years old and still worked fine! The gold one is so pretty- and the coffee is great too!!

I recently purchased this after my other one broke. Unfortunately, there wasn't a lot to choose from, so I bought the same one. This one doesn't brew very hot. And you don't know if you will get a half or whole cup of coffee. I registered this and was going to throw the old manual out, when I realized the other one only last 2 1/2 years. That's pretty sad for that kind of money. What happened to Keurig?????

Very good improvements from the past models!

I bought this model for the sleek, simple and consumer friendly options. After having several models this is the best so far. We love having a keurig because of our busy lifestyle. Simple to use. One thing to critique is like others have said the water reservoir needs to be hinged. If you don't ensure the reservoir is seated properly, it will leak. But otherwise we love this model.
