We bought this to replace another pod coffee maker. The coffee is delicious. Especially with the STRONG button option. The only thing I don’t like is how lightweight the reservoir lid is. I’m afraid if dropped, even one time, the lid will break.

It is easy to use however, I have given it only 4 out of 5 stars because it is difficult to see the water level in the side tank. The earlier model I had, I could the level straight on when looking at the Keurig. But on this model I just purchased, the front area of the water tank is silver and NOT see through. So, unless you turn the machine to the side, you don't know how much water until the water light comes on.
I would recommend this to a friend!
