Great coffee maker

I purchased this coffee maker several weeks ago and we love it. It has a large water tank, many cup sizes as well as ice tea option. I really like the space between the base and the lid, no need to remove the plate for taller cups It also heats quickly. It’s not as loud as my old one.
Bought this as a replacement for the previous machine that finally died after years of constant use. Like the idea that the reservoir is bigger than our older machine, but it is also now heavier and a little awkward to hold/fill. Too bad all the machines with a big reservoir don't have a handle so you don't have to fumble and spill water. However, the back 'lip' on the tank makes it easier to hold when fitting into place. We also really like the variety of cup sizes offered on this machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this 10 days ago did not work had to talk with someone I could not understand trying to get a replacement finaly got a replacement hope it works

Not up to quilty standards I espected.

I've had a Keurig coffee make for a number of years. This new maker is not as user friendly as my old maker. It is harder & at times impossible to set times for coming on & turning off. It will not fill up my mug like like my previous maker. Even when I use the strong button. It turns on what seems like randomly durning the day. Please don't think I'm being too hard. I really mean the problems exist & I will live with them. I just want to make sure you understand my problems. I love my mocha every morning. I really loved my old model maker soo much more than the new maker.

After almost 7 years I decided to treat myself to a new Keurig. I bought the K-Elite® Single Serve Coffee Maker in Brushed Gold and absolutely love it. Oh, the old one still worked just fine so I donated it to the Viet Nam Veterans organization.
I bought this about a month ago. I have always loved kuerig products and customer service. Both of them are Elite as far as I'm concerned. The Elite is another 5 star models from kuerig. I will never change coffee machine brands.
I would recommend this to a friend!
