Great features and easy to understand operation

I bought this 2 weeks ago and have so far enjoyed a good coffee maker each morning and day. One thing that could be available is support and instructions on what and how to clean the components, especially in the holder housing. Will figure it out eventually. I had a 2.0 coffee maker for 5 years and it started to cause problems, but this issue did not discourage me from purchasing another Keurig.
I am a little disappointed in my new Keurig. This is the third one I have had and it seems that the quality of the machine is not the same. The machine seems louder than the others and the display buttons seem to be of lesser quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Makes a good cup of joe. Love the iced coffee and hot water features. Water reservoir doesn't seem really sturdy but no issues yet. Really happy with this machine so far.
I absolutely did not seem to like the written features of any of the new coffee makers and when I needed to replace mine as it's several years old, we were happy we could find the one we already have. Love all of the features and the large reservoir as well.
This machine is a step up from my previous Keurig single cup unit. i love the ability to chose cup sizes and i also like the ability to fill the water reservoir before brewing many cups
