I bought this as a replacement for an older model which, after many years, was finally showing its age. This machine is a considerable upgrade over the earlier model and offers lots of options to personalize my morning cup of joe. It is a perfect machine for my needs.

I called in to see if mine could be repaired or was still on warranty and found out it wasn’t so the guys over the phone help me pick out a new machine and it’s perfect they listen to my needs and what I was looking for and made a good choice for me.

Replaced my old Keurig with this one. I like some of the new features including more choices for cup size and an option for plain hot water. On the negative side, with the previous Keurig you could view the water level from the front. The new one requires you to peer from the left side. A minor issue, but it was easier with the previous unit. Also, I had a plastic K-cup insert that I used fairly often that apparently isn't recognized by the new unit. I hope there's another insert available somewhere as I was able to make my coffee stronger than what you can get from a K-cup.

I love the brew options but the water tank design is a disaster. The front of the tank is lower than the back! If you are filling with a pitcher (for example) and are looking at the water level in the rear of the tank, you will find it is 1/2 inch higher than the front, causing you to overfill and water to flood out the front of the tank.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine replaced a Keurig Platinum Special Edition I bought back in 2011 that used daily. I loved the large display on the unit I replaced. The display on the new unit is smaller but functional. The new brewer brews a great cup of coffee and does so quickly. So far, loving it. I hope it lasts as longs as the first.
