We have used this coffee maker since it came out. We have been Keurig users for many years but bought this one because of its iced coffee option. We used to make several carafes and transfer into a jug and put into our refrigerator. When iced coffee weather arrives this makes life so much easier.

We were perfectly happy with our smaller machine that held a little more than a quart of water and had no clock, but when it died, we decided to go ahead and get this bigger one. The reservoir holds about twice as much water and I'll never go back! Also, with the clock we can set it to come on in the morning so delicious coffee is that much quicker. Love the machine!

Straight out of the box this unit has yet to brew a cup of coffee that meets the size selected. Selecting a travel size (16oz.) brew I’m lucky to get 10oz. If you select a brew for 10oz. cup, you get 6 or maybe 8 oz. Very disappointed in the quality of the last two Keurig brewers I’ve purchased. This company needs to retrain their Quality Assurance team as this unit should not pass the quality check.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought as a replacement for my last keurig which only made it just over a year. Ironically, the last Keurig was a replacement for one that didn't even make it a year. I love the Keurig concept, and I consider them a necessity. However, considering the cost, if this one only goes for about a year, I will be giving another single serve maker by another brand a chance.

I bought this K -Elite coffee maker two weeks ago to replace my old Keurig that was wore completely out from use. I really like that it doesn’t take a long time between cups when making more than one cup. It also heats up pretty fast. I am very satisfied with this new K Elite coffee maker.

I brought this sa a gift. My in-laws love this coffee maker and all the features. They especially like the if tank water capacity, that does not need constant refining. They will never use a conventional coffee maker again. The freshness and temperature of a single serve is excellent.
